Significance of Navarathri in today's busy life

Navarathri.. The nine days battle against evil. Triumph of of goodness over evil on the tenth day. That is called Vijayadasami. The day is very special for the children who enter the world of knowledge. The most important significance is that children will get introduce to the systematic life. They have to do pooja along with elders. They have to write "Harishree Ganapathaye namaha" as they start their education.

From the world of ignorance to the world of knowledge. Their life starts from now. The world celebrate it. Vijayadasami 2010 starts from 8th of october and ends on 17th October.

This festival is called Dasara in North India. Most of the offices remains closed for the festival after pooja which falls this year on sunday, 17th October for Dasara festival 2010.

Whole world worships their working equipments. Three days there is no work. If once it kept in front of Goddess for pooja, only on 10th day after pooja everyone start work.

The belief is this will brings efficiency in everyone's working life.
